The webinar Basics of Labor Law – Part 1 (AR 1) provides participants with basic knowledge of labor law with an overview of the most important labor laws that are essential for day-to-day operations. The content ranges from the legal requirements for recruitment and the most important components of an employment contract to special clauses and regulations. Key topics such as part-time work, fixed-term contracts and the use of temporary workers are also covered in detail. A further focus is on continued remuneration in the event of illness, vacation law and an initial overview of dismissal law. With practice-oriented case studies and exercises, the webinar provides an ideal basis for getting started in employment law.
